    Excellent service, well-appointed hotel.

    Updated, new-fashioned rooms complete with USB & AC plugs and a jacuzzi and a sofa bed. Early check-in, late check-out. A very very good stay with a nice swimming pool.

    My double room was immaculate & impressive. A microwave, coffee & tea making facilities and fridges were an advantage. The position of the hotel was magnificent, to Toronto downtown. Excellent staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

    The location offered easy access to many establishments and was just minutes from the airport, though the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at times. Free parking was a plus, and the modern room had a convenient kitchenette. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the washroom left much to be desired, and I encountered issues with empty water dispensers throughout my stay, forcing me to purchase water from the mini-fridge.

    So, I got my family there and while the room looked decent from afar and was large, we ran into some real issues. We found a bug in the bed, and it had this weird smell like it hadn't been cleaned properly.

    It was far from cheap, but given the circumstances, I guess it was acceptable. Barely.
